• DRIVING LICENSE AND AGE
Valid driving license of at least one year

• TYPE OF RENTAL
Unlimited km. Minimum rental period is 1 day/24 hours the rates are shown on the list are applied (Extra km fees will not be charged). Rental conditions and rates can be learned by e-mail, fax and phone from Okoto Offices. All rates in all types includes tax, insurance fee, cleaning up and maintenance expense. Gas expense is excluded.

• ADDITIONAL DRIVER
Necessary registration for additional drivers mast be indicated at the beginning of rental. Otherwhise CDW is void.

• INSURANCE
Collision Damage Waiver is void if the driver is intoxicated or under the effect of drugs, legal speed limits are violated, or an on-site police traffic accident report is not submitted. Wind-screen damage, theft of spare-tire, car permission papers, registration Plate, fire extinguisher, internal or external equipment, loss or damage of customer’s Private materials, damages due to the misuse of the vehicle, loss of vehicle are not covered by insurance.
• PICK UP AND DROP OFF LOCATIONS
You may pick up the car at the airport, railway station, hotels, bus station or Okoto Offices in the city limits of Ankara free of charge in the condition of prior notice. You may also drop off the car above places free of charge. Outside of the city limits extra charges will be applied for pick up and drop off.

• DELAYED RETURN
In case of returning of car later than its agreed return time, 1/5 of the daily rental rates charged for each hour. If the delay of car exceeds 5 hours, full day rental rate is charged.

• TRAFFIC FINES
All the Traffic fines resulting from traffic violations incurred in the rental period are charged to the renter.

• PAYMENT
Full payment is required by credit card or cash at the beginning of rental. Final adjustments will be made on the completion of rental.

• OTHER OKOTO SERVICES
Chauffeurs and tourist guides are available for an additional charge.
